What is your role at TLC?: I am responsible for the finance, accounting, human resources and technology functions of the organization. On a granular level this means managing banking and investments, budgeting, financial reporting, audit and tax preparation and employee relations, to name a few. I am a hands-on participative leader partnering with the management team in strategic decision making for the organization.

Ayanna jointed TLC in March of 2019 as the Director of Finance and Administration. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wayne State University and over 13 years of experience in nonprofit accounting and operations. A self-proclaimed coffee snob and foodie; when she’s not working she enjoys travel, salsa dancing, tennis and spending time with Hershey Bear, her chocolate Labrador.
