2020 is the NC Botanical Garden’s Year of the Wildflower, and while flowers may seem like the least wild part of this year, we’re asking you to join us to share the dirt and gather a fistful of Wild Ideas for Wildflowers!

At Wild Ideas for Wildflowers, 5 speakers will have 8 minutes and 20 slides to share their passions: what makes a flower wild? Which ones thrive in the Triangle? Let’s talk about how to create landscapes that have cultural and ecological relevance in our backyards, nature preserves and beyond.

While you’re tuning in, we also hope you’ll join us in sharing a meal by ordering from Soul Cocina’s special menu for the event! Pickup is available at three convenient locations in Raleigh, Durham, and Carrboro on Tuesday, Oct. 27, or Wednesday, Oct. 28.

Please join us for Wild Ideas for Wildflowers — a night to ground ourselves in the power of plants and see what takes root! More details are available here.

Register below! You’ll receive the Zoom link on Oct. 26 and again on the afternoon of Oct. 28.
