Hurricane Florence has been upgraded to a Category 4 Hurricane and is expected to impact the Triangle region beginning early Friday, September 14. This weather event is likely to create hazardous conditions on our trails and in our woods–please be especially cautious when visiting preserves after this hurricane passes. There are likely to be downed limbs and trees or other potentially dangerous situations that result from this storm.
