How do I get to the starting location?

The race starts at Chatham County Community College, which is located at 764 West Street Pittsboro, NC 27312. Please visit our directions page for more information.

What if it rains?

Ride for the Land 2009: Freewheeling Farmland Frolic will be held rain or shine!

Routes

Are the routes hilly?

Some of the routes may be hilly, please take a look at our Routes page to see this year's cue sheets and elevation maps.

Where are the bathrooms?

Bathrooms will be available at Chatham County Community College, where the ride begins, and at rest stops along the way.

Registration

How do I register

You can register online before June 15th for $25, between June 15 - July 9 for $30, and on the day of the event for $35. The event is limited to 300 riders, so sign up early to make sure you get a spot!

What happens if I pre-register and then can't ride?

Your registration fee is non-refundable, but we will send your Ride for the Land t-shirt following the event.
