Description	TLC's first New Hope Creek corridor land is on the north side of U.S. 15-501. The New Hope Creek Master Plan identified this tract as the site where trails leading from Mud, Sandy, Dry and New Hope creeks would come together, and then follow New Hope Creek south, passing under the busy highway, to protected land at Jordan Lake. A lush wetland, the Boulevard Lands is home to a variety of animals, plants and trees. Transferred to Durham County.
