Gifts of Securities

Making a gift of securities to Triangle Land Conservancy is easy.  Just follow these two simple steps: 

1) Call our broker at Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC to make the transaction. Here is the contact information for the broker and our account information:

2) Once you have finalized the details of your securities gift with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC, please contact Aime Mitchell, Development Coordinator, at 919-833-3662 ext. 116, or email her at
amitchell@tlc-nc.org so that we can verify and properly acknowledge your gift (which is necessary for taking the tax deduction). Unless we hear from you, your gift of securities will remain anonymous to us.

Triangle Land Conservancy (TLC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Gifts to TLC are tax-deductible. You will receive a thank you letter from TLC noting the amount of your gift; please keep it for your tax records.
